Procurement Requirements Supply of 120 three seater desks to Alimalagot Primary School
The bidding shall be conducted in accordance with the bidding procedures contained in the PPDA Act, 2003 (Amended 1 of 2013), Regulation 2006 and guideline 2008 and is open to all potential eligible bidders who meet the requirements. Terms and conditions are contained in the bid documents which are available or inspection in the Procurement and Disposal Unit.
The bid documents are available at the Entity's Procurement and Disposal Unit for Inspection upon payment of non-refundable fee of UGX: 100,000/= (One Hundred Thousand Shillings Only) to Kitgum District Local Government Fund Collection Account No.9030005909448, Stanbic Bank, Kitgum Branch. Complete and sealed bid shall be hand delivered to the Head Procurement and Disposal Unit, Education Block Room13/14 on or before 5th September, 2023, 11:30AM and bid opening shall take place on the same date and day at 12:30PM at the District Education Block Compound.
