Double Q Company is hiring a Procurement Trainee to execute the following dutiesnand responsibilities;Pickup Trucks

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Identifying potential vendors, conducting evaluations, prequalifying suppliers.
• Negotiating pricing, payment terms, and contract details to secure the best value, including drafting Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Reviewing, approving, and issuing purchase orders for goods and services, ensuring they align with budgetary constraints.
• Monitoring stock levels, forecasting demand to prevent shortages, and coordinating delivery schedules.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.
• 0 year of work experience
• Basic knowledge of purchasing processes and supplier management.
• Good computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
