For the Procurement of Medical Supplies by CORSU Hospital under You are not alone Project funded by Ambrosoli through CBM, Procurement Reference No: AID 012590/09/3.
CORSU Rehabilitation Hospital has allocated funds to be used for Procurement of Medical Consumables for different categories.
The Entity now invites suitably qualified bidders to submit sealed pre- qualification submissions for different category of supplies listed in the table below;
a) Lot 1-Supply of Consumables for CoRSU treatments for Children with cerebral Palsy details in the SBD.
b) Lot 2-Supply of Consumables for Electrocardiogram for Identified Patients at CORSU Hospital details in SBD.
c) Lot 3-Supply of Consumables for CoRSU identified Patient Surgeries details in the SBD.
d) Lot 4- Medicines for treatments of Children with cerebral Palsy details in the SBD.
This procurement process will be conducted in accordance with the CORSU Procurement Manual and Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act No. 1 of 2003 and Regulations, 2014 and the bidding procedures described in Part 1.
The Supplies are described in detail in Part 2:
Statement of Requirements.
• Any resulting contract shall be subject to the terms and conditions detailed in Part 3: Contract.
• A copy of bidder's Certificate of Incorporation/Registration of Business names
• Powers of Attorney and Company Form 20
• A copy of bidder's valid and current trading license;
• A copy of bidder's valid and current income tax clearance;
• Audited books of account for the last Three (3) Years;
• Each item constitutes a lot and must be applied for separately;
• NDA Certificate is a MUST.
• Pre-qualification submissions will be evaluated in accordance with the CORSU Rehabilitation
Procurement Manual and Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Authority (PPDA) Act, 2003 of the Government of Uganda. Pre-qualification is open to all eligible bidders.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from CORSU Rehabilitation Hospital and inspect the pre-qualification documents at the address given below, from 9:00 hrs to 16:30 hrs.
The pre-qualification documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ushs.50,000 (Uganda Shillings, fifty Thousand only). The method of payment will be cash to CORSU Accounts Department. The bidding document must be picked in person
The planned procurement schedule for this procurement or by representatives of firms upon presentation of a receipt and an (subject to changes) is as follows:
