Job Summary: SurePay Limited is looking for proactive and skilled Products Officers to support the
product development and management process.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Perform market and customer research
• Develop product strategy and vision
• Define Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)
• Write Business case
• Develop User Requirement Specifications (URS)
• Raise Change Requests
• Set and track Product Performance Analysis
• Support Partner Management and Reporting
• Lead Product Innovation
• Develop Product CVPs
• Lead on product pitching and demonstration
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in product development.
Preferred Attributes:
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: bachelor degree
