JOB DETAILS:
The Full Gospel Churches of Uganda seeks to recruit competent persons to fill the positions of Child Development Officers (CDO) - SDR (3 posts), Home based Programming (2posts), and Project Director (2 posts) in their Child Development holistic ministries in Nsambya, Mityana, Kihunda and Kyehunde Full Gospel Churches of Uganda.

Job Descriptions:
Project Director.
Reports to: Project Overseer
Responsible for: Child Development Officers
He/she is responsible for taking lead of project staff and programing.

Specific duties include to:
• Offer guidance and technical support to staff, participants (children and their care givers), project committee and other stakeholders. - Ensure that all programmatic aspects of the project are managed efficiently and effectively implemented.- Lead and support staff in preparation and implementation of plans and budgets.
• Support, monitor and build capacity of project team to enable them achieve their job roles.

Requirements (HBP, CDO- SDR and PD)
1. Age: 23-38 years
2. Christian maturity characterized by a strong Christian testimony, a heart for children ministry and knowledge of the scriptures.
3. Strong interpersonal relationship skills.
4. Ability to effectively manage teams and respond to stakeholder expectations.
5. At Least two years' experience in community Related work especially dealing with children.
6. A minimum of a Degree in Social Work and Social Administration, Education, Nursing, Development studies, Community Psychology, Child Ministry or any other related field.
7. Practical computer literacy
8. Ability to learn new things and work beyond normal working hours as need may arise.

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
