Position: Promoter/Agronomist

Key Responsibilities:

• Collet orders from reletive area;
• Conduct farmer field demonstrations at least once per week
• Organize and deliver farmer seminars for product promotion (at least once per week)
• Support key customers in promoting and applying company products
• Identify farmer challenges, analyze market needs, and provide feedback on market demand
• Test new agrochemical products and prepare detailed reports
• Provide technical support and solve farmers’ and customers’ problems
• Perform other duties related to agrochemical promotion and marketing

Work Locations:

• Eastern Region – Soroti
• Northern Region – Gulu
• Western Region – (depend)
• Southern Region – Masaka, Mbarara

Position: Company Assistant

• Duty: Assistant company director to handle different works

Working place:

• Office in Nalukolongo, Kampala

Requirements:

• Strong work ethic, responsible, and trustworthy
• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or a related field
• Academic performance: GPA of 4.0/5.0 or above

Salary & Benefits:

• Gross salary: To be discussed during the interview
• Comprehensive training in agrochemical knowledge will be provided upon joining

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: bachelor degree
