REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP)
FOR PROVISION OF HELPLINE SERVICES TO THE UGANDA REFUGEE RESPONSE MANAGED BY UNHCR REPRESENTATION IN UGANDA
RFP No. UGA/RFP/002/2023
The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), Representation in Kampala, Uganda, invites registered, reputable, and qualified companies/firms to submit firm offers for the provision of helpline services to the Uganda Refugee Response managed by UNHCR Representation in Uganda.
Eligible and qualified companies/firms duly registered with the relevant government authorities, having sound financial basis, and relevant experience and knowledge of how to meet UNHCR's needs are invited to participate in the tendering process.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain bidding documents for the above tender and the UNHCR General Conditions of Contract for provision of services by sending an e-mail request to ugakasup@unhcr.org
The deadline for submission is 4th October 2023 at 23:59 Hrs EAT.
NB: There will be a virtual pre-bid conference on 20th September 2023 at 10:00 Hrs.
UNHCR Tenders are free of charge, no fees are charged to collect the tender documents. Please do not pay for the same.
