JOB DETAILS:

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills
• Bachelors Degree or above with experience in wireless, microwave, radio transmission, antenna, communications and electronics, or related fields;
• Proficient knowledge of mobile communications and principles of GSM/UMTS/LTE products, signaling flow and protocols, electromagnetic theory, radio transmission, antenna system, and so on;
• Experience in RF network design, planning, network performance reporting and optimization activities, proficient in set-up, calibration, utilization, and data post processing of drive-test hardware and software products
• Ability to implement and supervise optimization projects. Person who has relative project experience is preferred
• Have good understanding with telecom network system from UE to Core.
• Over 3 years’ experience in radio network planning and optimization preferred
