Nakawa Vocational Training College invites bids from eligible bidders for Supply, Delivery, Installation and Commissioning of Automation Training Equipment for Nakawa Vocational Training College (NVTC) as below:

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 5 (a) from 8:00 am-5:00 pm from Monday to Friday.
The bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX. 202,500 (Uganda shillings two hundred two thousand five hundred only). The method of payment is bank on Stanbic Bank A/c. name Nakawa Vocational Training Institute A/c No. 9030005899108. The document will be picked by the potential bidder from the address given below.
Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 12:00 Noon, on 5th March 2024. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security which must be valid until 2nd September 2024. Late Bids shall be rejected.
Bids will be opened on 5th March 2024 at 12:30pm in presence of the bidders representatives who choose to attend in the college Board room on the 2nd Floor of AIM Building at the address below: a) The Procurement and Disposal Unit on AIM Building
