JOB DETAILS:

Job Title: Recovery Agent
Department: Repossession
Section/Unit: Repossession
Reports to: Repossession Coordinator
Direct Reports: N/A

Job Purpose: Execution of motor vehicle repossession duties as instructed.

Main Responsibilities of the Job

• Receiving repossession instructions and being able to read and understand them.
• Executing repossession instructions as per the training rendered to you.
• Ensuring the repossession process and procedure is followed to the letter.
• Filing of repossession documentation as trained and instructed.
• Ensuring all the required documents for the repossession process are availed to the office within the stipulated time.
• If assigned company motor vehicle, ensure it is well maintained as per the service schedule and maintain cleanliness of the same.
• Carry out any other duty as directed by the supervisor.

Academic and Professional Requirements

• Must possess a valid driving license.
• Diploma in any field
• Minimum 3 years continuous driving experience.
• Ready to work anywhere in Uganda under minimum supervision.

Competencies and Skills

• Excellent interpersonal/customer handling skills
• Have good report writing/computer skills.
• Problem solving skills
• High level of confidentiality.
• Good driving skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
