RELATIONSHIP OFFICER

Job Summary

Career counseling service

Responsible for the growth of profile retail and SME business in the branch by aggressively recruiting new customers, retaining existing relationships, and continuously reviewing client wallets to optimize the Bank’s revenue through cross-selling appropriate product bundles.

Responsibilities /Key Deliverables

• Develop and manage a pipeline of high-profile SME customers to avoid end-of-period panics.
• Monitor the exposures of the Branch SME portfolio to ensure that actual performance is consistent with approved limits and loan covenants as informed by credit approval.
• Ensure that all client interactions and transactions comply with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards.
• Prepare credit applications and participate in the underwriting and branch credit committee approval process.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Islamic Finance, Education, or any other related
• At least 2 years of experience in Banking, sales, or related roles within the banking or financial services industry.
• Relevant Experience in structured trade finance business.
• Proven business analysis experience.
