Total Energies EP Uganda (COMPANY) in its capacity as Operator of Contract Area (CA1 ) and License Area (LA2 ). In conjunction with its Joint venture partners, the experienced and responsible landlords to express their interest in provision of Residential Accommodation Services in Kampala as further described below.
Provision of services and fully furnished accommodation apartments and standalone / Town houses within Nakasero, Kololo and Naguru.
Interested landlords shall demonstrate availability of minimum of 12 units for 3-bedroom apartments and minimum of 10 units for 2 bedroom apartments all with the minimum of below Services provided by the Landlord:
Satellite/IP Television
Internet Minimum 100Mbps in the apartment.
House Keeping 3 times a week
Garbage Collection
Double glazed windows with a maximum noise level of 30dbs within the apartment.
Amenities (Children’s play area, Gym and sauna, swimming pool)
Security (Managed guarding, CCTV and Alarm response)
Generator back-up power sufficient to support all operations of the apartment.
Equipment / Buildings Repair and Maintenance
Fire detection and Firefighting Equipment within the property
Sufficient parking for the apartment – Minimum of 2 slots per unit.
Water storage facilities for each apartment.
Furnished or unfurnished option.
3 or more Bedrooms, self-contained.
Connection to National water and Electricity.
Wall enclosures with razor wire of a minimum of 2 meters high all around the house.
Parking space for a minimum of 2 cars
Water reservoir tank of sufficient capacity compared to building size
Green Lawns as an added advantage
Available for occupancy between April and December 2026.
Within the locations of Nakasero, Kololo and Naguru.
Building plan and schedules already approved by all relevant city approval bodies.
Without legal incumbrances
Proof of ownership (a copy of the property title or equivalent)
Health Safety and Environment (HSE) Management system, Quality Policy and related procedures in compliance with local and international standards.
The required insurances for the Property and suitable to cover the provisions of the services including the landlord employees.
Tax compliance
Valid Occupational permit
Adequate financial capacity to undertake the eventual contract.
Demonstrate commitment to the statutory National Content requirements for Oil and Gas operations as detailed in the 2016 legislation on the Company’s Code.
Evidence of current registration or in process of being registered and classification as Ugandan Company on the National Supplier Database (NSD) managed by the Petroleum Authority of Uganda (PAU).
Competent Landlords shall express their interest by:
i. Submitting an email to eoiprequalification.uganda@totalenergies.com on or before 24th November 2025 no later than 17:00 hrs. (GMT+3) to request for the prequalification questionnaires for the aforementioned services.
ii. Quote in the subject line; “PR No. 10442544: Provision of Residential Accommodation Services”
iii. Provide the details of the proposed Property and the Landlord; indicative date of completion, occupancy date, name and physical address, contact person including phone and email contact.
Following receipt of the EOI email request, COMPANY shall register the interested landlord in its e-sourcing platform SAP – ARIBA, to enable the interested parties to submit their completed prequalification questionnaires.
