REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR THE PROVISION OF FIRST FILL FLUIDS

Worley Europe Limited as EPcmC Early Services Contractor for EACOP Project invites experienced and reputable Contractors to express their interest in providing the First Fill Fluids for both Tanzania and Uganda for the East BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE SCOPE OF THE MATERIALS African Crude Oil Pipeline (EACOP) Project.
Chemicals - typically corrosion inhibitor and biocide. Heating Medium Fluids - mineral oil type. Lubricants - covering lube oils and greases.
The EACOP requirements for the scope of First Fill Fluids The Republic of Uganda, the Uganda National Oil covers the following items: Company (UNOC), the United Republic of Tanzania and/or Tanzania Petroleum Development Corporation (TPDC), as well as other international oil companies partaking in the development of Exploration Areas 1, 1A, 2 and Kingfisher Discovery Area in the Albertine Graben in Uganda or their The scope will include supply and delivery FCA vendor. affiliates will participate in the implementation of the EACOP Project (Potential Pipeline Participants).
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Companies expressing their interest are invited to document their request with:
• The EACOP Project development involves the engineering, construction, operation and maintenance of a crude oil export pipeline crossing Uganda and Tanzania and an
• A commitment to and evidence that they have experience in developing local/national content value.
• Confirmation that they can supply the listed items in accordance with applicable industry standards.
• An experience list for similar products supplied to the Upstream Oil and Gas market in the last five (5) years.
• Extracts from their Supply Quality Management Procedures, showing how material quality control is implemented in the supply chain.
• Delivery to schedule record over the previous 2 years. In country support capabilities.
Uganda (National Content Requirements):
• Proof of Registration in the National Supplier Database maintained by the Petroleum, Authority of Uganda for service providers in the Oil and Gas Section.
• Compliance with the petroleum Midstream National Content Regulations, 2016.
Interested companies which meet the minimum requirements and have the capacity to provide the goods listed above should express their interest by sending together with the above listed documents an email to EACOP- supplierinfo@worley.com (Max. Email Size: 20 MBs & All documents must be submitted in the English language) on or before 12 noon London Time, on 8th March 2024.
Companies satisfactorily meeting the above minimum requirements will receive, subject to the signature of a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), a detailed pre-qualification questionnaire for further evaluation by Company. Note: Only pre-qualified companies will receive an invitation to submit their bid in furtherance of the Call for Tender process.
