EITS (Electrical Instrumentation and Telecommunications Systems) Contractor for the EACOP project, invites experienced and reputable organizations to express their interest in the provision of Office Leasing / Office Rental Services in Kampala, Uganda:

SCOPE OF SERVICES FOR OFFICE SPACE REQUIREMENTS

Preferred Location is Central Kampala, Nakasero

Building should be licensed (permit), fenced, secured, with access control and aesthetically pleasing

 Cater for approximately 6-8 personnel working within a common integrated work environment. Con- figured with internet and telephony services. State space size in square metres (sq.m). Additional minimum 4 sq.m air-conditioned storage for specialized tools required within same space / same bld.

 Access to telepresence-ready (projector, HDMI Cable, WiFi e.t.c) meeting room for 4 - 6 people. Provide List of complimentary services included in rent. Provide List of optional services (extra cost)

Key Support Amenities: Safety & Security Systems (e.g guards, fire protection, emergency evacuation & mustering space); kitchen (and/or accessible restaurant) and hygiene facilities (2 restrooms); stand- by generator; parking for 2-3 cars

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Proof of legal registration in Uganda: Certificate of Incorporation, valid business licenses and permits Proof of registration with the Uganda Revenue Authority (URA) and Tax Clearance Certificate (TCC) for the latest year available.

Profile showing Experience, performance, and capacity in delivering the Scope of Services outlined, in compliance with national and international standards.

• Financial capacity to deliver the services required

Proof of registration to National Supplier Database (NSD) database

Compliance with the Petroleum Midstream National Content Regulation # 34, 2016 for Uganda Interested Companies that meet the minimum requirements and have the capability to provide the goods and services listed above, should express their interest by sending together with the above listed documents an email to eacop.eits@se.com  (not exceeding 20mbs).

All documents must be submitted in English language with the reference number as the subject by: 13 JUNE 2023, 5:00pm. East African Time (EAT)

Companies satisfactorily meeting the minimum requirements will receive, subject to the signature of a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), a detailed pre-qualification questionnaire for further evaluation by CONTRACTOR.

CONTRACTOR reserves the right not to consider companies that submit an incomplete dossier! Note: Only pre-qualified companies will receive an invitation to submit their bid in furtherance of the Call for Tender Process
