REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST NOTICE
World Vision is a Christian, relief, development, and advocacy organization dedicated to working with children, families, and communities to overcome poverty and injustice. The organization is seeking proficient service providers/Suppliers for the following services.
S/N ITEM DESCRIPTION
• Baseline survey for General Food and Cash Assistance Project (GFA)
• End of Programme Evaluation for Kasitu Area Programme
• Car Hire Services for the West Nile Region (Arua, Adjumani, Yumbe, and Lamwo Car Hire Services for (Agago, Pader Oyam, and Gulu Districts)
• Promotional Materials for West Nile Region (Arua, Adjumani, Yumbe, and Lamwo
• Supply of Sports Items for West Nile Region (Arua, Adjumani, Yumbe, and Lamwo)
• Supply of Fuel for West Nile Region (Arua, Adjumani, Yumbe, and Lamwo)
• Vehicle Repair Services for West Nile Region (Arua, Adjumani, Yumbe, and Lamwo
• Car Wash Services for West Nile Region (Arua, Adjumani, Yumbe, and Lamwo)
• Supply of Assistive Devices for West Nile (Arua, Adjumani, Yumbe, and Lamwo)
• Repair and Service of Printers for the West Nile Region (Nile (Arua, Adjumani, Yumbe, and Lamwo)
• Repair and service of Generators for the West Nile Region Nile (Arua, Adjumani, Yumbe, and Lamwo) Riding Gears for World Vision Offices
• Construction of 1 block of 2 Classrooms at Odupi Primary School

Bid Submission:
All bids are to be submitted in soft copy through our online sourcing system not later than December 05th, 2023, by 5:30 p.m.
Opening of Bids: Bid opening as per World Vision's internal procedures shall take place on December 6th, 2023 for all submissions.
Kindly note that only successful bidders shall be contacted. If you do not hear from us within 1 (one) month after the bid submission deadline, consider your bid unsuccessful.
World Vision Uganda reserves the right to reject any bid and is not bound to contract the lowest bidder or any other bidder. Any kind of lobbying will lead to automatic disqualification.
