REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST NOTICE
World Vision is a Christian, relief, development and advocacy organization dedicated working with children, families, and communities to overcome poverty and injustice. The organisation is seeking proficient service providers for the following services.

Framework Agreement for Vehicle Repair and Maintenance
Mahenga Water Construction in Rwamwanja - Re-Advertised
Framework Agreement for Videography Services in Adjumani
Framework Agreement for supply of Fuel for Southwestern (Rwamwanja and Kyakka)
Framework Agreement for Hotel Services in Mbarara
Framework Agreement for Sports Items
Framework Agreement for Post Paid & EMS Services
Framework Agreement for Clearing & Forwarding.
Warehousing. Transportation & Tax Disbursement
Service providers may express interest by sending their email addresses and contact details through this link: https://forms.office.com/r/KBXJXpnjE3 clearly indicating the subject of interest in the subject by 31st January 2024, 5:30pm.
All bids are to be submitted in soft copy through our online sourcing system not later than 14 February, 2024, by 5:30 pm.
Bid opening as per World Vision internal procedures shall take place on 15 Febuary, 2024, for all the bids.
Kindly note that only successful bidders shall be contacted. If you do not hear from us within 1 (one) month after the bid submission deadline, consider your bid unsuccessful.
World Vision Uganda reserves the right to reject any bid and is not bound to contract the lowest bidder or any other bidder. Any kind of lobbying will lead to automatic disqualification.
