PROVISION OF CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR CONDUCTING A POST MEASLES RUBELLA CAMPAIGN COVERAGE SURVEY in UGANDA

The WHO Uganda Country Office wishes to invite eligible research/consulting firms to submit bids for the provision of Consultancy Services for Conducting a Post Measles Rubella Campaign Coverage Survey in Uganda.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

a) WHO reserves the right to reject any bid.
b) WHO is not bound to select the lowest bid.
c) Only successful bidders will be notified in writing of the final bid decision.

If you are interested in submitting a proposal in response to this RFP:

1. Please acknowledge receipt of this RFP by completing and returning the Letter of Intent in Annex A, indicating your intention to submit a proposal or not, no later than Tuesday, June 23, 2026.

2. Please submit any requests for clarification no later than Tuesday, June 23, 2026.

3. Please prepare your proposal in accordance with the requirements and procedures outlined in this RFP and submit it no later than Monday, June 29, 2026.

The RFP is accessible through UNGM Portal and allowable manner of submitting proposals is EXCLUSIVELY via UNGM e-tendering portal, Technical and Financial Proposals separately.
Questions are to be submitted via the UNGM "Correspondence" tab.

ATTENTION: Proposals which do not comply with the selected method of submission WILL be rejected.
