Request for Proposal for Supply, Implementation, Training & Support of an Enterprise Performance Management Solution
Centenary Bank is a leading commercial bank serving over 2.5 million customers with services that can be accessed across over 80 branches, over 7000 agents, over 205 ATMs networked countrywide plus other mobile banking platforms. The bank therefore requires a solution that unifies budgeting, analytics, and planning across the bank.
Overview of the assignment
The proposed system is expected to eliminate the basic spreadsheet challenges associated with data capture and simple aggregation as well as enabling the organization to use its data to improve budget decisions and the linkages between budgets and outcomes. The system will combine the benefits of a business analytics solution with the necessary tools and features to manage the budgeting, forecasting and performance management processes.
A complete set of Proposal documents in English can be purchased at a non-refundable fee of Ugx 100,000/= payable to the Bank's Corporate Services Division located on 7th Floor Mapeera House. Please note that without proof of payment, no Bid documents shall be issued neither received on submission.
Clearly labeled and sealed bids marked "Request for Proposals for Supply, Implementation, Training & Support of an Enterprise Performance Management Solution" must be delivered by hand and registered at the Corporate Service Division (Procurement Unit) to the address below on or by Wednesday 6th March, 2024 by 10:30am. Thereafter, there will be an internal Bid opening on the same day at 11:00am at Mapeera House, 7th Floor.
