ADDENDUM NO.1

TO THE BIDDING DOCUMENT

1.0 INTRODUCTION

Reference is made to the bid notice that was run in the New Vision of Thursday, 9th July 2026 regarding the following procurements:

1. Procurement of an Events Management Firm to organize the Uganda Industrialization Summit 2026, UDC/NCONS/26-27/00001

2. Procurement of Consultancy services to undertake a comprehensive feasibility study and detailed design for the establishment of a bankable, sustainable and commercially viable Plug-and-Play Industrial Estate at Bukasa Port, UDC/CONS/26-27/00001

The purpose of this Addendum is to notify all prospective bidders that revisions have been made to the Bidding Documents for the above-mentioned procurements.

2.0 AMENDMENTS

Bidders are informed that revisions have been incorporated directly into the Bidding Documents.

3.0 AVAILABILITY OF REVISED BIDDING DOCUMENTS

The revised Bidding Documents shall be issued online upon request by email to procurement@udc.go.ug.

4.0 SUBMISSION OF BIDS

The bid submission date has been extended from 29th July 2026 to 6th August 2026.

NOTE
All other terms and conditions of the Bidding Documents remain unchanged.
