INVENTORYING AND CATALOGUING THE UGANDA MUSEUM ARTEFACTS

The Government of Uganda received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Competitiveness and Enterprise Development Project (CEDP), and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Inventorying and Cataloguing the Uganda Museum Artefacts.
Government of Uganda represented by Private Sector Foundation Uganda (PSFU) now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for provision of the above services at the Uganda Museum located at Plot 5 Kira Road, Kampala.
Bidding will be conducted through a Request for Quotation (RFQ) Procurement Method as specified in the World Bank's Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers dated July 2016 revised November 2017 and August 2018 ("Procurement Regulations") and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from PSFU-CEDP,
E-mail: procurement@cedo.op up and inspect the Bidding Document during office hours (0800 to 1700Hrs) at the address in No. 8.
The Bidding Document in English may be obtained by interested Bidders upon submission of a written application to the address in No.8. Bidders may make arrangements with courier service providers to have the Bidding Document delivered to them. PSFU-CEDP shall not accept liability for loss or late delivery. A Pre-bid meeting will be held at 1100Hrs on July 25, 2023 at the address in No.
Bids must be delivered to the address in No. 8 by 1100 Hrs on or before August 3, 2023. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders designated representatives who choose to attend at the address in No.8 at 1105Hrs on August 3, 2023.
All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Securing declaration.
