We Are Hiring!

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Reservation Assistant to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring a seamless booking experience for our guests and managing inquiries related to tours and travel.

Key Responsibilities

The Reservation Assistant will be responsible for:

• Receiving and handling booking requests via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
• Managing customer inquiries related to tours and travel.
• Accurately entering booking details into the reservation system.
• Providing professional and timely customer support.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management.
• Experience in hotel management or tours & travel is an added advantage.
• Strong communication skills.
• Self-discipline and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work well in a team.
