Description
Hugamara Group owns and operates several popular, high-end lifestyle restaurants, lounges, and bars primarily located around Kampala. Their prominent hospitality portfolio includes: The villa, Eateroo, The Maze Restaurant & Lounge, La Cueva among others.
Job Summary
To oversee daily restaurant operations, supervise staff, and ensure consistent delivery of excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise front-of-house operations.
- Manage staff schedules.
- Monitor service standards.
- Resolve customer complaints.
- Support inventory management.
- Train and mentor staff.
- Monitor restaurant cleanliness.
- Ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management.
- Previous restaurant supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership and customer service skills.
