Job Summary

The Retail Officer is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day retail store operations to ensure efficient store management, effective inventory control, excellent customer service, and achievement of sales targets. Key Roles and Responsibilities

Store Operations

Sales Performance Management

• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
• Analyze sales reports and identify opportunities to improve revenue.
• Develop and implement initiatives aimed at achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Monitor individual staff performance against sales objectives.

Merchandising

• Coordinate the distribution of merchandise to maximize product availability.
• Ensure proper merchandising and attractive product displays.

Customer Experience

• Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the customer journey.

Qualifications

Education
