RETAIL OPERATIONS MANAGER
REQUIREMENTS
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
5+ years progressive experience in Retail Operations Management.
Experience managing fuel stations, convenience retail, Oil & Gas, or other high-volume retail operations.
Strong leadership experience managing large teams across multiple sites.
