- Experience: 12 to 15 years in the same or similar field
- Department: PROJECT MANAGEMENT
- Site I ProjectLocation: Any Assigned Project
- Reportingto: (HOD) PROJECT'S COORDINATOR
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct topographic surveys, road condition assessments, and data collection for road projects.
- Analyse survey data, prepare reports, and provide recommendations for road design, construction, and maintenance.
- Road Condition Assessment by Inspecting roads, identifying defects, damage, and areas for improvement
- Work with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and clients, to ensure project requirements are met.
- Quality Control through ensuring survey data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with industry standards.
- Operate and maintain surveying equipment, such as total stations, GPS, and drones.
- Design and Planning by providing input on road design and planning, ensuring survey data informs project decisions.
- Stakeholder Engagement by communicating with stakeholders, including local authorities, contractors, and landowners.
- Continuously evaluate workshop processes, introducing improvements to enhance efficiency, safety, and equipment reliability.
- Executing any other tasks assigned by the HOD.
- Follow Safety at all times, Safety violations will lead to written warning I penalty/ termination under the company Health & Safety Policy.
