We are looking for a Sales Executive to lead our sales efforts and drive growth for Aviva Elite Developers. The ideal candidate will be an experienced sales professional with a passion for innovation and a track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies. The Sales Executive will report to the CEO and work closely with other senior leaders to develop and execute sales plans that support Aviva Elite Developers' mission and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies that drive growth and promote the Built For You™ product.
• Lead the sales team and foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the construction industry, including real estate agents, banks, and other financial institutions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients and partners.
• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
• Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
• Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
• Develop and implement effective sales processes to ensure efficient and effective lead management and conversion.
• Manage the sales pipeline and report on progress to the senior leadership team.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that support sales objectives.
• Develop and implement sales training programs for the sales team.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and adjust sales strategies and tactics as necessary.
• Represent Aviva Elite Developers at industry events and conferences.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of sales processes, including lead generation, qualification, and conversion.
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing successful sales strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform decision-making.
• Experience in the construction industry or a related field is preferred.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Experience with CRM software and sales automation tools is preferred.

How we work
• This product operates primarily on a business-to-consumer (B2C) model, selling pre-designed houses directly to consumers.
• A consumer already in possession of vacant land would select a house design from our catalogue of pre designed houses for us to construct for them. We offer a variety of options to suit different budgets and preferences, with price points. This price includes the cost of construction and all other associated costs until the completion of the construction.
• The selected design can be customised slightly to fit the consumer’s unique needs.
• The house is then built for the customer by Aviva on their land and handed over when all construction is complete.
• The houses will be built using high-quality materials and will be constructed to meet or exceed all relevant building codes and regulations.
