Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing solar company. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills and a good understanding of renewable energy solutions, with the ability to drive sales of solar and related water/energy products to residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for solar and related water/energy solutions
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Promote company products and services through meetings, presentations, and demonstrations
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales documentation
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure excellent customer service
- Coordinate with technical and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Track leads, manage the sales pipeline, and provide regular sales reports
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall company growth
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline (such as Marketing or Business Administration)
- Minimum of two years of proven sales experience
- Experience or exposure to solar, water, or renewable energy solutions is an added advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Willingness to travel as required

- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office applications
- Basic understanding of solar energy systems and products
