Job Summary:

The Sales Manager Logistics will lead the sales team for the logistics division, developing strategies to acquire new clients, expand market share, and achieve revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan for logistics services.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the logistics sales team to achieve targets.
  • Identify new market opportunities and build relationships with key corporate clients.
  • Oversee the preparation of major proposals, bids, and contract negotiations.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to adjust strategies.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Logistics. An MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of sales experience in logistics, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing business strategies.
