JOB DETAILS:

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as the frontline sales point for company products.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Gather market intelligence and customer insights.
• Meet and exceed sales performance targets.
• Train customers on equipment usage and warranty terms.
• Provide feedback on future buying trends to the sales department.

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in field-based sales.
• Diploma/Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Management, or Agricultural studies (experience in agriculture projects is a plus).

Prerequisites:

• Energetic, resilient, and motivated.
• Passionate about sales.
• Willing to work with farmers in remote areas.
• Ability to create sales plans and budgets.
• Entrepreneurial mindset.
• Honest and trustworthy.
