Background

Firm Medical Supplies Limited is a Ugandan company dedicated to providing affordable, reliable and durable medical equipment, accessories and consumables. We serve clinics, hospitals, laboratories, pharmacies, NGOs and private practitioners across Uganda from our Kasubi and Arua Park outlets.

The Role

We are looking for motivated, self-driven Sales Personnel to grow our client base and drive revenue. Candidates must have some knowledge of medical equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new client leads
• Conduct client visits and product demos
• Prepare quotations within 24 hours
• Follow up on leads and close sales
• Ensure payments via approved accounts
• Submit field plans and weekly reports

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree
• Knowledge of medical equipment
• Strong communication skills
• Self-motivated with field discipline
• Integrity in handling client payments
• Prior sales experience an advantage
