Description

Kenrom Chemicals Ltd is looking for dynamic, self-driven and results-oriented Sales Personnel to join our team and help grow our market presence across Uganda.

The Sales Personnel will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, expanding our distribution network and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Mass Communication/Journalism.
• Passion for sales and customer service
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven and able to work independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Willing to travel frequently within Uganda
• Experience in sales is an added advantage

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Promote and sell company products to existing and new customers
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors
• Provide regular sales reports and market feedback
• Represent the company professionally at all times
