Background

The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling sanitary products to customers, increasing brand visibility, and driving sales growth within assigned areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell sanitary products to potential customers in assigned territories.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on product benefits.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Provide accurate daily sales reports to the Team Leader.
  • Distribute marketing materials and ensure proper brand visibility.
  • Gather customer feedback and share insights with the supervisor.
  • Participate in product training and team meetings.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Previous experience in field sales or FMCG sales is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication and persuasive selling skills.
  • High energy, confidence, and self-motivation.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet sales targets.
  • Honest, presentable, and customer-oriented.
