Background
The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling sanitary products to customers, increasing brand visibility, and driving sales growth within assigned areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell sanitary products to potential customers in assigned territories.
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on product benefits.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Identify new sales opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Provide accurate daily sales reports to the Team Leader.
- Distribute marketing materials and ensure proper brand visibility.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with the supervisor.
- Participate in product training and team meetings.
Qualifications & Skills
- Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Previous experience in field sales or FMCG sales is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and persuasive selling skills.
- High energy, confidence, and self-motivation.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet sales targets.
- Honest, presentable, and customer-oriented.
