Role Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic Online Car Sales Executives to join our wide , collaborative, and results-oriented team. In this dynamic role, you will engage with customers, answer queries, and recommend cars to cater to their unique needs.

Position Details

  • Employment Type: Full-time
  • Work Arrangement: On-site
  • Location: Kisementi, Krsna Mart Building, level 4 opposite Acacia Mall, Kololo
  • Reports to: Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

  1. Answer customers' questions about Cars, Prices, Availability, and credit terms.
  2. Recommend Cars to customers, based on their needs and interests.
  3. Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum Level of Education ,Post-secondary Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or other related fields.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales.
  • Required skills include Active Listening, Persuasion, Negotiation, Service Orientation, and Judgment and Decision Making.
  • Knowledge of Sales and Marketing, Customer and Personal Service, and Computers and Electronics.
  • Proficient in Word processing software (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Fluency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, the following experience and skills will be advantageous:

  • Consult with clients post-sale for ongoing support.
  • Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors.
  • Active Learning, Coordination, and Complex Problem Solving.
