Position Details

Key Responsibilities

1. Negotiate with retail merchants to improve product exposure, such as shelf positioning and advertising.
2. Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms.
3. Recommend products to customers based on their needs and interests.
4. Consult with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and provide ongoing support.
5. Provide customers with product samples and catalogs.
6. Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

• Education: Post-secondary diploma in related fields
• Experience: No required experience
• Skills: Active listening, speaking, persuasion, negotiation, critical thinking
• Knowledge Areas: Sales and marketing, customer and personal service, computers and electronics
• Technology Knowledge: Proficient in Microsoft Word and Zoom
