We are looking for a Sales Trainer Eastern Region to join our Sales group; as we scale up and drive digital and financial inclusion across our markets.
As the Sales Trainer, you'll be the driving force behind our sales department's success. Your role? Crafting dynamic training programs, empowering our sales staff with product knowledge, and ensuring they're geared up to exceed targets. You'll dive into the heart of our sales operations, molding a team that's ready to conquer the market.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Picture this: you'll be architecting training programs that breathe life into our sales force. From onboarding new DSRs to fine-tuning the skills of seasoned pros, you'll be the maestro orchestrating our team's performance. Monitoring, coaching, and collaborating, you'll be the catalyst for our sales team's triumphs.
