JOB DETAILS:
ROLE PURPOSE
Drive platform growth by recruiting vendors, onboarding users, and promoting the Afriven marketplace.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Vendor Recruitment
- Recruit suppliers of seeds, fertilizers, feeds, pesticides, and equipment.
- User Acquisition
- Onboard farmers and buyers onto the platform.
- Market Promotion on all socials
- Conduct field visits, promotions, and digital campaigns.
- Institutional Partnerships
- Identify schools, hospitals, hotels, and processors as clients.
- Customer Support
- Assist vendors and users and report feedback.
PERFORMANCE TARGETS
- Contribute toward:
- 1,000 vendors
- 1,000 platform users
- 50 institutional buyers
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: bachelor degree
