JOB DETAILS:
Pearl Hotel is seeking a Sales and Marketing officer to join their team in Kampala. This role is crucial for driving business growth and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies within the hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new corporate, institutional and individual business opportunities.
- Implement monthly sales and marketing activities in line with the hotel’s commercial objectives.
- Maintain a structured Corporate Client Database, tracking proposals and conversions.
Education & Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
