Filled forms (3) copies must be accompanied by 3 passport size Photographs plus certified copies of all relevant Certificates/passports / Transcripts to reach the Secretary Kyankwanzi District Service Commission P.O BOX 90 Kiboga within 4(four) Weeks from the date of the advertisement.
