Q-Sourcing Servtec Group is looking for a competent, skilled, and experienced Senior LWD Engineer Day Shift A for one of our clients COSL UGANDA-SMC LIMITED to work in the Albert Lake,
construction sites or other cities if required

Job summary:
Through comprehensive management of LWD projects, we continuously improve the technical level and equipment efficiency of LWD operations, and provide customers with quality LWD services.

Key Roles and responsibilities
• Responsible for organizing technical services for instruments of LWD directional well project, supervising, guiding and coordinating the on-site measurement of directional well of operation project, and responsible for the safety and measurement quality of on-site directional well equipment;
• Responsible for controlling the whole process of measurement operation quality, providing technical support for on-site measurement operation, and dealing with failures and accidents in the measurement process;
• Responsible for mobile demobilization equipment and handover, assist maintenance engineering to carry out instrument inspection, repair and adjustment.
• Organize personnel to maintain equipment, organize technical exchange activities of operation projects, and assess production performance of measurement operation projects;
• Master the status of projects and single sets of equipment, and be responsible for the cost statistics and control of projects and single sets of equipment;
• Responsible for the training of new employees, the implementation of new technology, new equipment field test, application promotion;
• Complete other work assigned by the supervisor and superior department.

Mandatory Requirements
Education:
• College degree or above in Geology, Well Logging, Electronic automation or the related

Experience:
At least 5 years of experience in Directional Drilling or Logging While Drilling

Knowledge:
• Master directional well measurement technology and relevant business knowledge
• Familiar with directional well technology and related business knowledge
• Familiar with drilling engineering
• Master logging geology
• Master mechanical, electrical, instrument knowledge

Capability
• Basic management ability of directional well operation
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Have sense of responsibility and big picture thinking ability and judgment
• Good oral and written expression skills
• Computer skills to meet the needs of the position
• English proficiency to meet the needs of the position

MISCELLANEOUS
• Age under 50
• Outstanding planning and organization skills
• Proficient in Chinese and English

Level of Education: Associate Degree
