About This Job:
Q-Sourcing Limited trading as Q-Sourcing Servtec is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, and South Sudan.
On behalf of our client COSL, we are looking for a competent, skilled, and experienced Senior Maintenance Engineer (E-Logging tools) to work in Uganda.

Primary Function：
In charge of the equipment maintenance (E-Logging Tools), including daily/routine inspections, equipment maintenance/upgrades, procurement of accessories and consumables, HSE management, document management, equipment file management, team culture construction, etc.

Key roles and responsibilities
• In charge of the daily/routine inspection, repair and maintenance of equipment, such as logging truck, generator, wireline logging equipment.
• Organizing and implementing the overhaul, upgrade, modification of equipment.
• In charge of the procurement of accessories and consumables.
• In charge of the equipment, document management, HSE management, culture construction, etc.
• Assistant to resolve actual failures at field.
• Assist the equipment manager to complete the management of the preparation technology center.
• Other work assigned by superiors.

Mandatory Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Design, Mechanical Principles, Hydraulic and Pneumatic Transmission, Electrical Fundamentals, Mechanical/Electronic Drawing, Electronic Principles and Technology, Electronic Measurement or the related.
• At least 5 years of experience in Oil industry.
• Understand COSL management policy and relevant business knowledge.
• Familiar with equipment management system of COSL Uganda SMC Ltd.
• Familiar with COSL E-Logging tools maintenance.
• Proficient in Chinese and English, able to communicate with headquarters and related departments fluently.
• Computer and document processing skills required for the job.
• Master the basic knowledge of instruments, automatic control and circuit analysis
• Familiar with the relevant management system implemented by this position.
• Able to endure hardship, work conscientiously and responsibly, rigorous and meticulous.
• Possess good communication and coordination skills, as well as the ability to analyze and deal with problems, and have strong team spirit and teamwork skills.
