JOB DETAILS:
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure zero safety incidents and compliance with safety norms.
- Organize production schedules and deliveries.
- Maintain quality control standards (SCF > 90%).
- Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements.
- Generate monthly operational reports.
- Ensure smooth plant operations and maintain DPMU input.
- Oversee production efficiency, adherence to recipes, and process improvements.
- Act as backup for shift officers when absent.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Chemistry, Industrial Psychology, or related engineering field.
- 7–10 years of manufacturing experience (preferably in soap production).
- 1–3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong industrial specialization background.
- Experience in plant maintenance is an advantage.
- Full-time position based at Las Factory.
