About Peritum Motors
Peritum Motors is a fast-growing automotive company helping Ugandans import quality vehicles from Japan, the UK, Dubai, and other international markets. We're looking for a creative, highly driven Social Media Marketing Manager who understands how to create content that captures attention, builds trust, and generates qualified leads.
This is not a job for someone who simply uploads photos.
We're looking for someone who can make Peritum Motors impossible to ignore.
Your Mission
Your goal is to grow our online presence, generate qualified leads, increase brand awareness, and position Peritum Motors as Uganda's most trusted vehicle import company.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a monthly social media content strategy.
- Create engaging Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and LinkedIn content.
- Film and edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts).
- Capture high-quality vehicle photography and videography.
- Design graphics using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Write compelling captions and storytelling content.
- Plan and maintain a content calendar.
- Manage daily posting across all platforms.
- Monitor comments, messages, and community engagement.
- Launch and optimize Meta advertising campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide weekly reports.
- Stay ahead of social media trends and apply them creatively.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create promotional campaigns.
- Visit clients when needed to capture delivery content and customer testimonials.
- Help build Peritum Motors into Uganda's leading automotive brand.
Required Skills
- Proven experience managing business social media accounts.
- Excellent photography and videography skills.
- Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar).
- Graphic design skills using Canva or Adobe software.
- Copywriting ability that converts viewers into buyers.
- Experience running Facebook and Instagram Ads.
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Knowledge of content strategy and audience growth.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
Bonus Skills
- Drone photography.
- Automotive photography experience.
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, CapCut AI, or other creative tools.
- Basic knowledge of Google Ads.
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Basic website content management.
