Huawei Uganda (Kampala) is urgently calling the experienced Software Engineers to join the team

  • Reports are generated based on frontline requirements, and these reports cover various types, such as network availability, SLA and KPI, faults, changes, and workload reports;
  • Develop and implement an in-depth network inspection plan and Output risk response solutions;
  • Fault locating (perform initial diagnosis, check the known error database, and perform in-depth diagnosis and analysis), and Fault rectification and resolution
  • Work alongside other engineers on the team to elevate technology and consistently apply best practices;
  • Good communication with customer to clarify question and solution;
  • Network/infrastructure/SQL/Linux
  • OCS/Mobile Money
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in Computer Science or related field
  • Knowledge of Network/infrastructure/SQL/Linux
