JOB DETAILS:
OVERALL JOB PURPOSE
To coordinate storage and issuance practices as per organizational need and set schedules

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in stores management, Diploma in Pharmacy or equivalent
• Excellent Customer care skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Good and demonstrable understanding of the C PHARMA philosophy, vision and mission
• Ability to work productively within a team
• Ability to work with minimum supervision

Specific Requirements
• Ability to be a team player.
• Excellent organisation/record keeping skills
• Ability to multitask
• Have a high degree of flexibility
• Self driven, reliant and motivated with hands on approach in seeing things through to completion

GENERAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Be knowledgeable about the running of the PHARMACY facilities.
• To monitor and account for items bought and stored in the store
• To carry out stock taking so as to ascertain that the organisation has a balance sundries as to run the organisation
• Manage the distribution and storage of drugs and consumables
• Carry out customer care feed back surveys with clients to get information on the commodities used
• Make sure that the clinics and hospital have the necessary supplies daily as per their weekly and or monthly requisitions respectively

SYSTEMS/ TECHNOLOGY
Proficiency in the to use MS office applications i.e
• Word
• Excel
• E-mail

PHYSICAL, MENTAL, EMOTIONAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS OF THE JOB
• You may occasionally deal with difficult and at times angry/aggressive clients (internal and external) or
• members of the public by telephone or in person
• Be available for consultations on Phone at times.
• You may occasionally be asked to work beyond the stipulated working hours
• You will be required at all times to pay attention to detail.

FUNCTIONAL STATEMENT
The Environment
• The post holder will be required to carry out surveys which will require them to be away from their work stations.
• Frequent interruptions will be experienced necessitating the reprioritising of duties.
• To ensure that all statutory requirements outlined in the C PHARMA handbook and code of professional conduct and
• policies are personally adhered to.

Working hours
The official working hours will be a minimum of 45 hours per week as per C PHARMA policy but the position will
require you to be flexible occasionally including weekend cover.
