Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure the store runs efficiently. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a focus on customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations and staff performance.
• Train, supervise, and motivate team members.
• Ensure excellent customer service at all times.
• Manage inventory, orders, and stock control.
• Handle cash management and financial reporting.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in retail or store management.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
