BID NOTICE UNDER OPEN BIDDING

MARPI (Most At Risk Populations Initiative) has secured funds from The Global Fund to Supply and deliver Laptops and related Software.
MARPI (Most At Risk Populations Initiative) now invites bids from eligible bidders for the Supply and Delivery of Laptops and Related Software.
Interested bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document from MARPI. at the address given in 7 from 8.00 am - 4:00 pm during working days.
The Bidding documents may be acquired Free of Charge upon submission of a written application to the address given in 7
Sealed Bids, accompanied by a bid security of UGX 10,000,000 (Uganda Shillings Ten million only), in the form of a Bank Guarantee must be delivered to the address given in 7 at or before 2:00 p.m. on 3rd November 2023. Late bids shall be rejected.
Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the address given in 7 on 3rd November 2023 at 2:15 p.m.
