Responsibilities

Innovation Project Support: Assist the Marketing and Innovations Projects Officer in executing day-to-day activities within the Technology & Innovations business line, including project coordination and follow-ups.

Online Research: Conduct comprehensive online research on emerging technologies, market trends, and competitor activities to inform innovation strategies and business development.

Concept Note Development: Participate in writing concept notes, proposals, and pitch documents for technology-driven initiatives, leveraging knowledge of AI, satellite technology, and data science.

Client Outreach & Networking: Reach out to potential clients, partners, and stakeholders, building relationships and promoting FCL BLOOMTECH's deep-tech solutions in financial inclusion, climate resilience, and agribusiness.

Training & Innovations Team Support: Follow up on decisions and action points from internal Training & Innovations team meetings, ensuring timely execution of tasks.

E-Learning Tool Development: Contribute to the development of e-learning tools and digital training resources for clients and internal use.

Branding & Advertising Support: Apply knowledge of advertising, public relations, and branding to support the marketing and promotion of technology products and services.

Creative Assignment Execution: Plan and implement creative, innovative tech assignments, demonstrating creative thinking and strong personal workflow management.
