JOB DETAILS:
Job Purpose
• We are looking for a qualified Telesales Representative to help generate sales for the company. You will close sales over the phone and maintain good customer relationships.
• You will report to the Telesales Team Lead.

Main Responsibilities
• Tele-selling: You will call our existing customers to upgrade them to Televisions and other products which we have to offer
• Conversation objectives: You will ensure the campaign achieves its conversions and goals to help us grow as a company.
• Quality goals: You will ensure the quality of calling follows the set quality standards
• Talk time goals: You will adhere to expected talk time benchmarks to maximize productivity

Incumbent Requirements
• Have a good academic qualification Certificate/Diploma and above
• Have BPO Industry/Call center industry experience
• Be passionate and good in sales.
• Have excellent skills in communication
• Be convincing and experienced in persuasion
• Conversant with basic working tools; Outlook and Microsoft Office.
• Be result-oriented and self-driven
• Have good ethics and integrity
