JOB DETAILS:

Main Purpose of the Job
To train staff in selected health facilities in eLMIS use.

Main Responsibilities of the Job
1. Training (90%)
• Train health facility staff in eLMIS use (stock and dispensing modules)
• Support health facilities conduct stock take and post in eLMIS.
• Routine support to facilities to sustain high eLMIS use

2. Report Writing (10%)
Write activity/training reports
Required Minimum Education: Bachelor of Pharmacy degree
Required minimum Experience
Required: 1 year experience, completed internship
Preferred: practicing community pharmacist, previous eLMIS use experience.

Knowledge and Skills
• Ability to train.
• Ability to write good reports, good communication skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Basic computer skills
• Basic supply chain knowledge and exposure.

Competencies
Computer literacy, data analysis
Physical Demands
Traveling to the field, lifting files, basic use of office equipment (laptops, chairs, stationery)
