JOB DETAILS:
We are a licensed and legally operated gambling platform in Uganda, with a formal gambling license, compliant business, and a mature team.
• We are now inviting experienced TikTok / Instagram advertising pitchers to join us, focusing on the African market (focusing on Uganda) to promote user registration, recharge, and activity.
Job Responsibilities
• Formulate and implement advertising plans to improve conversion rates.
• Be responsible for advertising creativity and material testing, and continuously optimize advertising performance.
• Manage advertising accounts to avoid risk control and account suspension risks.
• Regularly output data reports, analyze and optimize advertising strategies.
Job Requirements
• Familiar with the advertising ecology of the gambling or gray industry, and have practical experience in material creation and delivery.
• Proficient in TikTok / Instagram advertising platform operations (bring your own account or cooperate in opening an account).
• Those with experience in African market delivery are preferred, especially those familiar with local user behavior in Uganda.
• Able to independently take charge of the entire process of advertising from planning to delivery, with strong execution and stress resistance.
• Familiar with the platform's risk control mechanism, and have the ability to deal with account restrictions and material rejection.
Work Mode
• Full-time (must work in the Uganda office).
• Flexible salary: base salary + commission / pure profit sharing based on performance.
Priority
• Those who have TikTok / IG KOL resources.
• Those who have served in high-risk industries such as gambling, finance, encryption, telecommunications, and games.
• Those who are familiar with the African market and have local traffic channel resources.
